Returning replacement parts
All of our high quality replacement spares are built to last, and we give a 30 days warranty. In the highly unlikely event that the part you receive is faulty, our returns policy is:
Returns Policy
You have 14 calendar days in which to return an item to us commencing on the day that the item was delivered to you.
To return an item, you must obtain an authorisation number from the Customer Services Team. Any item returned without an authorisation number will not be refunded.
- Please email Sales@rangecookerspares.com in order to obtain an authorisation number. In your email please tell us your order number, provide details of the item you are returning, and your reason for returning the item.
- Providing the item was ordered from stock, has not been used, and is in the original condition and packaging that it was delivered, we will issue you with an authorisation number and instructions as to how you can send your item back. A 30 % handling charge will be levied where customer error is the cause.
- You should preferably obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during return transit. They remain your property and your responsibility until we receive your items at our warehouse. Please also ensure that the delivery service you use covers the value of the goods within the parcel.
- On receipt of the returned item (providing it is returned in its original state and packaging) we will either reimburse you for the item minus handling charge if customer ordered incorrectly within 14 calendar days (via the credit card, debit card or bank account that you originally used). Alternatively we will replace the item with a like-for-like replacement. Unless the company is found to be at fault, delivery charges are non-refundable as these are separate handling charges.
- Shortage or damaged orders - You need to inform us within 24 HOURS from the delivery date. If it is not brought to our attention prior to this period we will not be held liable.
- Orders not received - You need to inform us within 7 days from the invoiced date. If it is not brought to our attention prior to this period we will not be held liable.
- A 30 % handling charge will be levied for returns where customer error is the cause.
Special Order Items:
- All special order items strictly non-returnable unless we are found to be at fault. If we are found to be at fault, please email sales@rangecookerspares.com in order to obtain an authorisation number. You need to tell us your order number, provide details of the item you are returning, and your reason for returning the item.
- In the first instance we will attempt to replace the item with a like-for-like replacement and will issue you with an authorisation number and instructions as to return. It is important that these instructions are carefully followed.
- It is your responsibility to return items to us in their original condition and packaging.
- You should preferably obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during return transit. They remain your property and your responsibility until we receive your items at our warehouse. Please also ensure that the delivery service you use covers the value of the goods within the parcel
- On receipt of the returned item (providing it is returned in its original state and packaging) we will reimburse you with the full price of the item within 14 calendar days (via the credit card, debit card or bank account that you originally used). Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- We will not accept items that have been damaged during fitting. Items that show signs of being fitted will not be accepted for refund. Timers, modules and other electronic components can be damaged by static electricity. These items can not be returned for credit if they have been removed from the sealed packing.
- Products that have been fitted for fault finding purposes, we will deem it to have been used.
- Postage costs are non refundable.
Cancellations
Once you have ordered an item, your purchase can be cancelled at anytime before the order is dispatched, except for Special Order Items. Cancellations can be made by contacting the Customer Service Team via sales@rangecookerspares.com The cancellation policy only applies to goods ordered from stock as Special Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund within 14 calendar days. If you need to cancel anorder that has already been dispatched, please refer to the returns policy above.
Guarantee
All items are guaranteed for 30 days from the invoiced date against failure due to a manufacturing fault. Parts that have not been fitted by a qualified engineer, incorrectly or mishandled will become void of its guarantee.
Faulty Goods
- If you have received a faulty item, please email sales@rangecookerspares.com. In your email please tell us your order number, provide details of the item that you are returning, and details of the fault.
- In the first instance we will attempt to replace the item with a like-for-like replacement and will issue you with an authorisation number and instructions regarding how to return your item. Once an authorisation number has been issued, you must return your item to the following address: 35 Waystead Close, Kingsmead, Northwich, Cheshire, CW98NN.
- It is your responsibility to return items to us in their original condition.
- All parts will be re-tested before any exchange or refund is issued.

All spares must be fitted by a qualified engineer. We reserve the right to request evidence that a qualified engineer has performed the installation before fulfilling this warranty agreement.
